MEZI Cosmetic's new loose glitters can be applied to face, eyes (use caution), body, or even hair! Simply use a glitter glue or lash glue to apply. Apply the layer of glue to the area you want to sparkle, let the glue get tacky for 30 seconds, then press the glitter on. Glitters can be mixed with each other to create multi-dimensional effects!
